  • How will the coach contact me?: Please download the sportsYou app, as all of our teams will be using this for communication. You will receive a code to join once teams are formed.
  • When will practices begin?: Most teams (except 6U) will begin practicing the week of March 23rd, at the coach's discretion. 6U will begin in early April. Practice days and times will also be set by coaches.
